The future vision of integrating back- and front-haul in 5Gmobile networks requires the design of high capacity transport network architecture, enabling flexible service management with high reliability. This paper presents an approach using Radio over Fiber (RoF) technology for 5G back- and front-haul applications, we present the PMD effect on the quality of the network parameters (distance, BER, Bit rat Quality factor Q) also we simulate the Polarization by Scattering in the two case with PMD induced penalties variable and fixed scattering length, The same Rayleigh scattering that gives us the blue sky also polarizes the scattered light in the same time it occur a serious problem in radio over fiber
